How to restore phone's keyboard invisibility problem

My phone had keypad problem. It refused to come up. I took it to phone repairer,  but he told me I have to buy new touch-pad. But thank God,  I didn't spend a penny before getting it fixed.

If your phone's keypad/keyboard disappear and you cannot find any  where to press on your phone screen in order to type message. Don't worry yourself. You don't need to buy new touch-pad. Here is the simple solution to that, and it can be fixed in matter of seconds,  even by yourself .

STEP 1:
GO TO PHONE'S SETTING. Click on "ALL" at the edge of the phone screen. See picture 1

After that, stroll down the contents till you see "Apps". Apps means applications.

Thereafter, the list of the applications in your device will be on display. Stroll down till you see "SwiftKey". Then click on it.

Finally, click on "clear data" and disconnect your browser. The problem is fixed. This can be done within few seconds. This was from my experience.

After disconnection, your keypad will be restored, just go and do some settings and choose language and other relevant settings.
